The i-gel Supraglottic Airway is available in sizes covering weight bands from approximately 2–5 kg (neonate/newborn) up to 90 kg+ (large adult).

This i-gel airway uses a non-inflatable, anatomical-shaped thermoplastic elastomer cuff, made to form a seal of the pharyngeal, laryngeal and perilaryngeal structures without inflation trauma.
