Returns
Our return process is very simple, please contact us if you require a return, you have the right to return an order within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed immediately upon receipt of goods.
Furniture/Equipment returns - some of our larger equipment/furniture items have a 5%-15% restocking fee due to being stored in an off-site location. Please contact us to discuss.
Products must be sealed, unbranded, unused and in a resalable condition in original packaging
All goods must be inspected on arrival and any damages or discrepancies reported within 7 days.
