What your points are worth
Points turn into a discount code you use at checkout. Three levels, all at the same rate of 5p a point, so there is no penalty for cashing in early and no bonus for waiting.
No minimum order value on any of the three. Only one code can be used per order, so saving up for a bigger one is usually worth it.

We run double and triple points events through the year. Nothing changes at checkout. The same order simply lands 2 or 3 times the points, which is 10% or 15% back instead of 5%.
Events are announced by email to account holders before they start.

Points are attached to your account. Guest checkout cannot collect them, and they cannot be added afterwards.
Order as normal
Points appear on your account once the order has been marked as shipped. There is nothing to claim.
Swap points for a code
Exchange your points for a discount code, then enter it at checkout on any future order.

Questions
I am on a trade account. Do I get JaxPoints?
Not on orders bought at your agreed trade or bulk price. Trade pricing already gives you more than 5% in most cases, so it works out in your favour. If you place an order at standard website prices, that order earns as normal.
When exactly do the points land?
When your order is marked as shipped, not when you place it. If you have just ordered and cannot see them yet, that is why.
Can I pay for part of an order with points?
Yes. You exchange points for a fixed discount code of £5, £25 or £50 and apply it at checkout against any order. There is no minimum order value, and you pay the rest as normal.
How do the double and triple points events work?
Nothing changes for you at checkout. During an event, a qualifying order earns 2 or 3 points per £1 instead of 1, so the same basket is worth 10% or 15% back rather than 5%. The points land the same way, once the order has shipped.

Do my points expire if I do not order for a while?
Each point lasts 180 days from the day it was earned. Points earned on different orders expire on different days, so your balance will not disappear all at once.
I have ordered under two different email addresses. Can you merge them?
Points sit on the account that placed the order and cannot be moved between accounts. To keep everything in one place, order under a single account from now on. If your organisation has several buyers, a shared purchasing account is usually the tidiest answer.

Do phone and purchase order orders earn points?
JaxPoints is a website programme, so points are collected on orders placed through your online account. If you order by phone or on a purchase order, ask us and we will point you at whichever arrangement gives you the better deal.
Who do I ask about my balance?
Your balance is on your account page once you are signed in. If something looks wrong, call 01207 272854 or use the contact form and we will look at the account with you.

Points are earned on the value of qualifying products before VAT, and not on delivery charges. Orders placed on trade pricing, bulk pricing, a price list or with a coupon code do not earn points. Discount codes cannot be combined with each other or with other offers.
Jax First Aid Ltd may change, suspend or withdraw JaxPoints at any time, and may remove or suspend an account where we have reason to believe the programme is being abused.
