JaxPoints are our way of saying “Thank you” for ordering from us. They are earned everytime you place an order online.
How do I sign up for JaxPoints? ▼
If you already have a Jax First Aid account and are an eligible customer, you will already be enrolled into the scheme - simply log in and place an order to start earning JaxPoints.
If you don’t have an online account, you’ll need to create one to start earning JaxPoints. Please note, guest accounts do not qualify for points.
How can I earn JaxPoints? ▼
JaxPoints are available when you order via our website and payment is made at the time of order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer JaxPoints to 30-day account customers or anyone on a discounted pricing plan.
What can I do with my JaxPoints? ▼
Once you’ve earned enough JaxPoints, you can exchange them for a discount voucher - just log in to your account regularly to keep an eye on your total.
Are there any restrictions? ▼
You must be logged into your online account to earn JaxPoints - orders placed via telephone or email will not earn points.
How long do JaxPoints last for? ▼
Once you earn a JaxPoint, it is valid for 180 days. After 180 days, it will disappear from your account.
I’ve placed orders using different emails - will I still collect JaxPoints? ▼
JaxPoints are linked to the email address on your account. If you use different accounts, we cannot transfer or merge your points.
Do I only earn JaxPoints when placing orders online? ▼
No - there are other ways to earn JaxPoints, such as following us on social media or sharing our posts.
Once I have swapped JaxPoints for a voucher, what happens next? ▼
When you have your JaxPoints voucher, you can use it as payment towards your next order. You can only use one voucher per order. Simply enter the voucher code into the discount code box at checkout.
The voucher code will also be emailed to the address linked to your account.
