JaxPoints are earned every time you place an order online, effectively offering a 5–15% discount on future orders.
How do I sign up for JaxPoints? ▼
If you already have a Jax First Aid account and are an eligible customer, you’re automatically enrolled. Simply log in and place an order to start earning JaxPoints.
If you don’t have an online account, create one — guest accounts don’t qualify for points. You must be logged in to collect points.
How can I earn JaxPoints? ▼
JaxPoints accrue automatically when ordering through our website. You must be logged in to collect points; guest orders aren’t eligible and can’t be added later.
What can I do with my JaxPoints? ▼
You can exchange them for discount vouchers redeemable against future orders.
Are there any restrictions? ▼
You must be logged into your online account to earn and redeem JaxPoints.
How long do JaxPoints last? ▼
JaxPoints remain valid for 180 days from the date earned. After that, they automatically expire.
I’ve used different emails — will I still collect JaxPoints? ▼
JaxPoints are tied to the registered email address. Points can’t be merged across multiple accounts.
Do I only earn JaxPoints for online orders? ▼
You can also earn JaxPoints through other activities, such as following or sharing our social media posts.
How do I use my JaxPoints voucher? ▼
Once you redeem JaxPoints for a voucher, use the code at checkout. Only one voucher per order is allowed.
The code will also be emailed to the address on your account.
When will I receive my points? ▼
Points are automatically issued once your order is marked as shipped.
