Relistat Nasal Wool 2g x 30mm

Relistat wool is composed of soft, non-woven fibres shaped as ropes (Twisted Fibres). The Calcium Alginate Dressing is highly absorbent, and conforms to the shape of the wound. Once the dressing is inserted, it interacts with the wound to form a soft gel that maintains a moist healing environment and prevents the dressing from sticking. Removal is made much easier, and any clots of blood remain small, greatly reducing the risk of causing fresh bleeding.

What is Relistat Nasal Wool used for? ▼

Relistat Nasal Wool is made to manage minor nasal bleeding (epistaxis) by absorbing blood and promoting clot formation in the nose. The soft, non-woven calcium alginate fibre conforms to the nasal cavity and forms a gentle, moist gel, minimising bleeding and helping to ease removal.
