While technically designed to be used as a velcro patch, you could sew the velcro patches onto non-Velcro surfaces.​ However, a much easier solution would be considering our non-velcro medic patch, made specifically to be sewn onto clothing or bags.

How do the patches attach to clothing or gear? ▼

Each velcro patch has a velcro back, which makes it very easy to attach or remove from velcro surfaces, making them perfect to be used as tactical vests patches, velcro bag patches, uniform patches or as a first aid patch.​
