Description
ReliporeXtreme uses an advanced wound contact layer that encourages fluid to pass from the surface through to the absorbent layer, but helps prevent it striking back through. This is achieved using hexagonal shaped pores that have a burr on the underside of the layer. The layer is constructed from a superior nylon polymer that prevents adherence to the wound site.
The ReliporeXtreme dressing features a wound contact layer on one side - and on the other - a flexible, breathable, adherent stretch fabric that conforms to the body, is easy to remove, but remains securely in place once applied.
The pads are packaged in an easy to open pouch that can act as a sterile field for the dressing whilst a wound site is being prepared. One side of the pouch is transparent, assisting clear product identification in low light conditions.
