Easy to use as it is is perforated for easy removal whilst the bottom copy remains in the book. It is bound with tape on the left hand edge (short edge) for a traditional finish. With plenty of space and information to give a very detailed account of the accident / illness. All books come as 40 sets with a loose leaf writing shield (may be at back of book).
