Easy to use as it is perforated for easy removal whilst the bottom copy remains in the book. It is bound with tape on the left-hand edge (short edge) for a traditional finish. With plenty of space and information to give a very detailed account of the accident / illness. All books come as 40 sets with a loose leaf writing shield (may be at back of book).
