Is the bag reusable and leakproof? ▼

This ice bag is made to be reusable once cleaned and refilled with ice/cold water per use. It is important to always inspect the cap and seams before use, and to replace the ice pack if any wear, puncture or leakage is found.

How should it be filled and sealed? ▼

It is recommended to fill the ice bag with crushed ice or cold water through the large screw-off lid, expel excess air and finally tighten the lid firmly. After use the bag should be drained, rinsed and left to air dry with the lid off to avoid any odour or mould.

Can it be used for sports injuries? ▼

This ice bag is suitable for immediate cold therapy for sprains, strains and bruising as a sports injury ice bag. A more easily portable option we recommend would be the instant ice pack, which is single use and can be activated instantly when a sports injury occurs.
